The Flower of Life is a name for a geometrical pattern consisting of seven or more overlapping circles. The Flower of Life symbol has been around for thousands of years and can be found all over the world. The Flower of Life is considered by some to contain ancient, religious value depicting the fundamental forms of space and time. In this sense, it is a visual expression of the connections life weaves through all sentient beings, and it is believed to contain a type of Akashic Record of basic information of all living things. Within this symbol can be found all the building blocks of the universe that we call the Platonic Solids. The symbol can be used as a metaphor to illustrate the connectedness of all life and spirit within the universe. Design created by Lily A. Seidel.
