This disc has a very nice calming and soothing energy. I have just come from working with the Manifestation discs so the change in energy is very apparent. This disc doesn’t pay attention to lower vibration, negative energy. It is focused solely on peace and tranquility. This is a great disc to use to supplement your meditation.
