Snoring

Snoring is caused by vibration of the uvula, usually when airflow is restricted from the relaxing of throat muscles during sleep. Using gentle pressure, the Snore-Free Nose Clip helps open nasal passages, allowing more air flow through the nose, taking pressure off the uvula.
